Taste German an regional cuisine
with a twist

Visit our restaurant and our hotel bar on the fourth floor above the rooftops of Ingelheim. Our kitchen and service team spoils our guests with selected regional and international dishes. Our menu changes regularly in the year. The wines of our wine list are all taken directly from winemakers from Ingelheim and the largest German wine-growing region “Rheinhessen”. But you can also expect a freshly tipped Pils at our hotel bar. The restaurant is open friday to wednesday evenings. Closed day is thursday. In the hot season you’ll you sit comfortable because all our rooms and facilities are equipped with a modern air conditioned system.

Throughout the year we created some special events for you. You’ll find them in our culinary calender. There are classical easter, whitsun and mother’s day buffets, portugal meets rheinhessen 4-course menu or our special oldtimerbus tours where we visit at each 4 locations, meet 4 winemakers and a 4 course menu in the biggest german wineregion “rheinhessen” or the surroundings. We grant you changes, suspense, fun and pleasure. Or visit every second wednesday a month our “Wein & Vesper” the special wine-tasting with award winning wine-makers and conoisseurs from around the region. Discover your favorite wine with expert advice from the winemaker. The restaurant will be serving a delicious platter with carefully selected sausage and cheese specialities.

We are hosting an unmissable series of Wine-tasting events by award winning wine-makers and connoisseurs from around the region at the hotel’s very own rooftop restaurant every second Wednesday of the Month. The restaurant will be serving a delicious platter with carefully selected ham, sausage and cheese specialities. EUR 20 including 5 wines in sample size 5 cl and delicious platter with carefully selected sausage and cheese specialities. Always between 18.00 and 22.00. Last entrance 21.30
