About restaurant

Taste German and regional cuisine

Visit our restaurant „Zum Burgunder“ and the hotel bar on the fourth floor over the roofs of Ingelheim. Our kitchen and Service team spoils our guests with selected regional and international dishes. Our menu changes regularly and the main products are from regional suppliers. The wines from the wine menu are produced and bottled from wineries in Ingelheim and German’s largest wine region “Rheinhessen”. The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. The restaurant aircon is equipped with 100% fresh filtered air.

For your private or business party we offer you individual offers on request for up to 70 people.

Enjoy Easter, Whitsun or Mother’s day buffet or take a tour with our fascinating oldtimerbus-tours when we visit RheinHessen and the other surrounding wine regions. We guarantee a great culinary experience, pleasure and fun at these tours.

Every two weeks on Saturday we offer a wine paring menu with a regional winemaker. Sparkling welcome wine, three-course menu, three wines and mineral water is included. The winemaker will personally explain everything about his offered wines. EUR 69,- per person.
